Main Shipping Terms:
• Unless otherwise specified on the product page, all orders require 2-4 business days for processing.
• Free shipping is offered on orders totaling $75.00 CAD or more (pre-tax and shipping) in Canada, excluding remote and challenging service locations.
• Orders below $75.00 are subject to the applicable shipping fee.
Standard Shipping:

Shipping fees are subject to change. Orders may incur additional shipping charges based on the order's size and bulk. Customers will be notified before any such charge is added.
Orders typically take up to 4 business days to be packaged and shipped from our facility. Please note that shipping times are estimates based on the date the package leaves our warehouse, not when the order is placed. Days are measured in business days, excluding weekends or holidays.
Difficult-to-Serve Locations:
Certain locations may experience additional delivery time and may be less frequently served by our delivery partners. Additional charges will be communicated before shipping. "Difficult to serve locations" include postal codes beginning with A0, X0, and Y0, which are not considered "Air Stage Locations" by Canada Post. If shipping to a postal code in A0, X0, and Y0, confirmed as a remote or "Air Stage Location," the order may be subject to remote location shipping charges, as outlined below.

Remote Locations Excluded from Free Shipping: Most remote locations are referred to by Canada Post as "Air Stage Locations," where mail must be airlifted more than six months of the year. *Orders may incur additional shipping charges based on the order's size and bulk. Customers will be contacted before any such charge is added. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted from these select locations. Processing Time:

Raw Support offers standard shipping through Chit Chats & Canada Post. Note that standard shipping includes 2-4 business days of processing time before shipment, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
Returns:
At Raw Support, our aim is your total satisfaction with both your shopping experience and product quality. Unopened products are eligible for returns within 45 days of purchase. To initiate a return request, email info@rawsupport.ca with your order/invoice number (as quoted in the subject line of your "Order Update" emails), the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. A Customer Care team member will contact you with the next steps.
